I have Oils, Now What?

Diffuser: Aromatic use of your oils is such a great way to clean the air in your home, making it smell fresh and clean and helps to purify it! You can use almost any oil or blend, the choices are up to you and your nose! Open 2-3 bottles, hold them together under your nose, wave them around and inhale. Do you like the scent? Start off with 1-2 drops of each oil. Whichever one is the strongest smelling, use a drop less than the others. This is a fun learning process! Experiment and let me know what oils YOU like together!
Roller Bottles: This is one of my favorite easy ways of using my oils every day. Making a roller bottle is super simple, and gives you an application method that even the kiddos can do! In your Doterra account, under the DIY accessories, you can order a 6 pack of empty rollers and coconut oil. Fractionated coconut oil is simply the fat taken out of the oil so that it stays a liquid and has no coconut smell, as the smell is in the fat. Coconut oil is molecularly close to essential oils, making it a great carrier oil to use. If you are sensitive to FCO (coconut oil), then you can use sweet almond oil, avocado oil, or jojoba oil. Follow the steps below to make a roller to support muscles and joints! If you don't have one oil, use what you have!
Take your empty roller, add 10 drops of the oils you want to mix. The example below is to support muscles and joints. Peppermint and Wild Orange are great for energy. Lemon, Lavender, Peppermint are fabulous for seasonal threat support. More ideas on my facebook group and page!
1. Add the essential oils to the roller.
2. Fill the rest with the coconut oil.
3. Snap on the roller cap, using the oil key or a towel.
4. Shake and roll on where you need the support!
